Build 26091(and earlier) not saving properly

The last couple of LINUX builds I have tried, the last being 26091 are not saving dl's properly. For example downloading 26083 stopped the dl at about 70% but said it was complete. Is this a new bug or is something at Chromes' end wrong?? I have to update ( I do almost daily) using Firefox !! Sorry but I don't remember what build starting giving me this problem but it apparently still exists.
