Incompletely Updated Themes

Hello, I'm using the Dark Seagreen theme with Chrome version 1.0.154.53, and its nice; however, the theme is missing a few icons here and there. For instance, if I right click the bookmarks bar and open the Bookmark manager, it is missing its "Organize", "Tools", "Recently Added", and "Search" icons (they are instead red squares). Also, when the Popup blocker appears, it has a red square, as does the "About Google Chrome" dialog.

Is this the case with everyone using these themes or is it peculiar to my browser version?
