Not Playing Youtube

Youtube videos download well but never play. I only can see 1 second of motion without sound if I manually move forward or backward. but the then it stops.

The same youtube link in IE or Firefox plays normally.

Anyone with the same problem?
Is it necessary any java upgrade/downgrade to use youtube on chrome?

Did you install Adobe Flash Player for Google Chrome?
