Parking Bookmarks OPEN

Boy, things have changed since Windows95. I use about 25 bookmarks for my job that I have to be able to quickly access. I am accostomed to have them open all of the time and arranged by priority. Have I missed a button to leave my bookmark list open all of the time. Because there are so many, the toolbar doesn't help me, and the folder and organizing features allowed to always know where a bookmark was. Because this is my job, it would slow me down too much to filter thorugh all of my bookmarks. Please tell me what I missed. BTW...very helpful site!
