Screen Flicker Problem

Chrome has developed a 'flicker' problem - fast switching between normal and full screen modes. Not all the time but occasionally. os vista home premium - latest version of Chrome - Logitec wireless keyboard and mouse -both with good batteries. Any thoughts please.
