chrome also seems incapable (by design) to work with either adobe's flashplayer or even shockwave. As such, I've gone back to IE's browser because of that and quite a few other reasons., eg; chrome doesn't seem to default recognize many other internet uses like our system's available add-ons, like my anti-virus's safe browsing toolbar, etc., etc., etc. While chrome has gotten better by removing that irrepressibly irremovable, deletable and moreover totally moronic 'recently viewed' section, chrome still seems ill affords the usual and customary usefulness that a browser should support. Many times my portable chrome won't even connect, seems there too, the designers fail to provide the customary ability to remember that it is installed on a flash drive and the user shouldn't have to drill it's files, re-create the exe, cut and paste it back onto the quick start menu just to get it to once more open chrome. As for why I'm not finding it's shortcomings either posted very much, nor are they being fixed, aside from it's defender's claiming chrome isn't supposed to be anything more than a basic browser (so as to make it quicker, etc.) I'm thinking if you have enough money, you can hide most anything.
