The buttons on the top-most upper right will not react when i click on them to minimize, resize and close.

I can right-click on them and choose from a menu or use alt-f4 to close.

I run Windows Vista and was once able to use these buttons. They do work on Internet Explorer, but I'm hoping there is a solution to this since I like other features of Chrome.
