problem chrome block pc

Hi

I have used Chrome from the start, liked it, with no problems at all.
At work and from home, both places with 32-bit vista business (DK) SP2
3GB - Intel Core 2. - 2 display Syncmaster 2443
Chrome 13.0.782.220 m (with "autoupdate")

Properly cause:
In the last month I have now and then, problem with chrome, I think is was because I needed to move the Chrome-window.

Problem:
Nothing moves on the schreens, when I klick on windows/program not chrome, no action at all.
After twice "CTRL-ALT-DEL" - possiblity - "windows joblist"
shows - activety - cpu 100% boths, highest application usage chrome with 47-49 %, the rest system.
nothing else moves.

After ending procesTree for Chrome - every things works again.

Chrome can be started again - with starting/restoring the windows - now no problems?

Any solutions?
