Chrome very slow and BSOD after virus removal

I'd been using Chrome for about a month because it was so fast, and then I got a virus. I removed the virus and everything is fine now except Chrome lags SO bad that I can't even use it and it just gave me the BSOD and shut my computer off....I got used to playing facebook games on it because it was faster and now it sucks. Any ideas?

Try to disable all extensions, and then reinstall the latest version of Chrome.

I didn't have anything put on there and I already tried to uninstall and re-install it...Still slow Thanks for trying to help though
