Chrome Installation Problem

Hello!
I love chrome browser!
I need to re setup my computer's operating system every month. That's why I need to install chrome every month. My net connection is slow that's why I download a full version of Google Chrome. But it is not installing in my Windows 7 Ultimate pc. Any solution or suggestion?
