Chrome does not react to any command

Postby Alexo on Sat Oct 20, 2012 12:11 pm

When I launch Chrome (under Windows XP), I have a blue background screen.

I can't download any page (there is a quick flash).

I can't activate any command such as Settings.

About Chrome does not display anything.

I uninstalled and then re-installed but the problem persists.

=> Does anyone is familiar with this problem?

PS. I have a 2nd computer under Windows 7 - Chrome works ok - both computers are connected to the internet through fiber - network connectivity seems not an issue

That's because you are probably running an outdated version of Win XP which isn't supported by Chrome. Try installing SP2 and then give it a try. I hope it'd work.
