I guess with the kind of question asked, I think an elaborated explanation needs to be posted to the thread initiator.

It's correct that you've seen the error in CHrome, but the browser is only a medium, the actual issue is at the server. Here you'd probably be accessing a website or an application that is hosted on a web server. Try browsing a few of the other sites and check if you see the same error displayed. Though I'm sure it won't, but if does, check if you enabled some proxy/IP settings in Chrome, disable them and try again later.

Note : Clear browser cache first.
