Previoiusly visited Sites

When pushing the + or new tab button a page with previously visited sites comes up. Why can't these previously visited sites be managed? I would like to delete or rearrange these site graphics.

To clear the history, click Tools menu, and then select Clear Browsing data. You can also press the hotkey Ctrl+Shift+Del.
