Chrome will add new functions for games.

During the last 6 months, the company updated Chrome every 6 weeks , allowing the browser and is in version 15, just over 3 years of onset.

On Thursday, the developer Paul Kinlan said that Google is preparing a new update that would make it a gaming platform.

Develop conference in Liverpool, revealed that the launch will take place during the first quarter of 2012 and would bring built-in support for game controls. The user can connect a PC joystick and play directly in your browser.

Chrome also incorporate other support for microphones, webcams and chat client open source called WebRTC. With this, you can make video calls and conversations in real time, which is combined with the idea of a gaming experience multiplayer online.

If this is added the good performance that has a browser with applications developed in HTML5, the result would be a good option for enhanced Google as a major player in the world of online gaming.
