All Google Services (UK) displaying in Korean

Hi this is not a Chrome question, but could not find a google forum to post on.
All my google services display in Korean, as far as I know all my settings are UK/English.
I use IE with google toolbar installed.
Google reader, youtube, gmail, even the google help pages are all displayed in Korean. I was going to buy a Nexus,
but wont be doing that till I get this issue sorted.
Does anyone have any ideas, or do you have any links to other forums that could help.

Cheers

Rossco.

You can change the Google webpage language by adding a "hl=en" parameter.

For example:
Display English language: http://www.google.com/?hl=en
Display Chinese language: http://www.google.com/?hl=zh-cn

Good lucky!
